Frequently asked questions
What documents do I need?
An International Driving Permit (IDP) or Vietnamese driver's license. A Vietnamese phone number. Upload photos in the Telegram bot or on the website — and you can start browsing cars.
Can I pick up the car at the airport?
Yes. After booking, you arrange handover with the owner via chat — to the airport arrivals area, your hotel, or anywhere convenient. Self-pickup is also available.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes — free within 1 hour of booking. After that, cancelling more than 7 days before pickup costs a 10% fee, and cancelling within 7 days of pickup costs 40%. Cancel directly in My Bookings or contact support.
What if the car breaks down?
Rental insurance is included in your trip. In case of an unexpected incident, you will be responsible for a maximum of 2,000,000 VND for vehicle damage.
Is there a deposit?
It depends on the car. Some cars require no deposit at all; others require a cash deposit (15 or 30 million ₫, paid to the owner on pickup) or a motorbike with its registration as an alternative. The exact requirement for your car is shown before you book.

Currently: Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Da Nang, Nha Trang, Da Lat, Phu Quoc, Mui Ne and Quy Nhon. More cities are being added regularly.
